The Nativity Collection by Robert Morgan is a collection of six short Christmas stories. It consists of six different settings based on the Nativity and introduces you to different yet colorful characters that will capture your heart with a certain dose of emotions thrown in.
The stories which are all on the theme of nativity has each a charms of their own and has a different feel compared to each other. These stories touches all the emotions that you can think of – love, sacrifice, struggle, kindness, suffering, hope, joy – and is told in a manner that is endearing and also warms the cockles of one’s heart. The story of a shy, bookish boy who finds himself center stage in the Christmas pageant, a Pennsylvania family whose car disappears on December 24th, and a mountain man trapped in a blizzard with his grandson on Christmas Eve are all intertwined together to produce an unforgettable effect that will lingers on for a while.
So in conclusion, I would like to say is that this is a must read for anyone in the mood for some Christmas and nativity spirit; and even for someone who would just like to riffle through a brilliant collection of heart-warming stories.
