Book Review of Never Let You Go

Never Let You Go by Erin Healy is a supernatural thriller about a mother struggling to raise her daughter and keeping her away from all the harm that is threatening her.

For Lexi, her daughter is the only ray of hope after her husband left her. And some mysterious evil seems designed to wrangle her daughter away from her.  Evil comes in the form of a drug dealer called Warden who seems hell bent on inflicting unspeakable harm to Lexi and her daughter. On top of that, Lexi’s estranged husband turns up, further complicating her life. The story revolves around ho Lexi comes out of these predicaments with the help of her faith and how good triumphs in the end.

As a mysterious thriller it fails to grab my attention with the story dragging on for most part of the book. Only in the end does the book picks up a little pace but it is too late for the book to redeem itself as a gripping thriller novel.
